Locally Sourced Meats that are Flavourful & Tender

Our Beef, Lamb & Pork is sourced through Hartshead Meats and our Beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days to enhance the flavour and tenderness.

Our Poultry is supplied from IK Moore of Manchester and our award winning free range Poultry is from York.

At Christmas, we source our Fresh Turkeys from local Turkey farmer Shaun Heap and we also sell the herb fed free range Turkeys from York.


Hygiene Award

Neil Mellor Butchers has been awarded a level five, the highest rating possible, for food hygiene by Oldham Council.

A business with a five rating has a fully documented HACCP based system and includes a system of self inspection and verification coupled with very good structure and hygiene practices.

British Sourced Poultry from Award Winning Suppliers

Our Poultry is supplied from IK Moore of Manchester, and our award winning, free range (herb fed) Poultry is from York.

Our Bacon and Gammon's are from Hall & Roberts in Cheshire and is named after Cheshire Oak.

We also do our home produced dry cure middle Bacon, and our Pies are provided by a local baker with over 50 years experience.
